What is MOPS? "MOPS international is a Christian nonprofit organization that believes in working with local Christian churches to maximize ministry opportunities to God's Kingdom. MOPS programs are chartered in churches of many different denominations and Christian traditions, but all share the common desire to reach out with the gospel of Jesus Christ and to bring glory to God in everything." (from the MOPS website) A MOPS Meeting Includes... The enjoyment and satisfaction from talking and spending time with other moms. Exciting and informative speakers offering practical ways to fulfill the challenging roles of mother and woman from a biblical perspective. A creative craft time where you feel a sense of accomplishment from actually finishing a project (unlike the dishes and laundry). Special events, which are held in addition to the morning meeting (i.e., brunches, play groups, mom's night out).
